Shipping Policy
All orders are printed and made to order and generally takes two working days to fill the order.
Upon fulfillment, unless otherwise requested, the orders are shipped by the least expensive way. Please allow a total
of 4-10 days for delivery, including printing and shipment. However, we cannot guarantee the shipping time once it is in the hands of the shipping company, be it USPS or UPS, especially during the holidays. During that time of year, please allow at least one extra week for delivery to ensure timely delivery.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email informing you that your package is on it's way.
Any change to this policy will be immediately included in this policy.
Refund Policy
Our return policy is very simple:
If you're not happy with a purchase, you can return it to us within <14 days of the order date>. As soon as we receive it, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the piece.
Please note:

We do not reimburse the outgoing, or return shipping charges unless the return is due to damage from shipping or a defect in the finished product. If the return is due to a defect in the product, a picture of the damage must be sent to us as soon as the package has been opened.
